Twelve of our engineers now hold the Claude Certified Developer: Foundations certification from Anthropic. They earned it alongside their day-to-day work, supporting clients across the UK, Europe and North America.
What the Claude Partner Network Is

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving the work through public customer references. Partners advance through Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier tiers.

How We Got Here
We learned alongside the people we support. We’ve helped multiple clients make practical use of AI so far, including three Claude rollouts, and we use it across our own business too. Certification was the natural next step.
Once we committed, the team moved quickly. Our engineers studied and sat the exams on top of a full day’s work for clients, excited to be learning and growing.
Parsh Shah, one of our Senior Engineers, drove the effort from the start and kept everyone moving. This was led by the people who build and support our clients’ systems every day.

What It Means for Our Clients
More of our clients are asking us about AI. They want to know where to start, what’s safe to use and who checks the results.
Nearly one in five of our technical team is now Claude certified. That expertise sits alongside the standards we already hold, including ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 9001 for quality management.

What Comes Next
Certified is our starting point. We will keep training more of our people and building on the work we have done with clients.
